BBC Radio Leicester 50th Anniversary - Big Birthday Celebration

A poster designed by myself for The Big Birthday Celebration show at Leicester`s De Montfort Hall a part of BBC Radio Leicester`s 50th anniversary celebrating the station being the first local radio station in the UK.
The event (in aid of local charity rainbows children's hospice) was put together by Applause who specialise in charity events such as this.
the poster itself features a radio "mast" broadcasting to the logo which features a portable radio of the kind popular when the station first began broadcasting in the 1960`s.
The lower half of the design features vector high resolution versions of the stations various logos from the 60`s, 70`s, 80`s, 90`s and current branding.
