Joy, How does your garden grow is a immersive installation inspired by nature. Created by Vortex Creates the artwork invites the visitor to come in, stay awhile and let your imagination grow. We are also invited to explore and discover hidden details throughout the piece that reveal themselves the closer we look. The work features materials sourced from various locations being given a second life with elements such as the Disco mirror-ball trumpet plants being sourced from the Birmingham Commonwealth games for example. As the artwork moves from location to location it will grow with new species of plant added, it will remain at Leicester Cathedral till January 2027.
