While visiting King Richard III`s Tomb in Leicester Cathedral with relatives from Australia we where treated to a rehearsal performance by the London Concertante Chamber Orchestra who would be performing later that evening by candlelight. In the presence of the king we sat captivated as the sounds of strings and harpsichord filled every part of this historic building I`m sure the king would have certainly approved. A look at the various Festival Of Rugby events going on around the city of Leicester as it plays host to a number of games during the Rugby World Cup. Starting in the city center a samba band and Carnival dancers perform around High Street before we visit the clock tower and meet Richard Layzell who tackles the big and small topics alongside his soft toy friends. Also seen in the film are Be/Keep the change artworks by Lea Rasovszky a group of animal farm themed performers and a visit to the Fanzone on Leicester's Victoria Park. images follow
