Menphys Curry Evening Poster 2014

A poster designed by me for the annual Charity Curry Evening held at the Cuisine Of India restaurant by Leicester charity Menphys, the poster uses a rich orange and purple colour scheme and mixes patterns similar to those used in Rangoli and Henna patterns with a star burst background giving a Bollywood vibe to the poster as a whole.

Paris-Roubaix Pro-Cycle Race 2014

I visited northern France for the annual Paris-Roubaix Pro-Cycling race. The one day race is famous for rough terrain and cobblestones and is one of the 'Monuments' or classics of the European calendar. The race also known as Hell of the North and a Sunday in Hell began in 1896 is one of cycling's oldest races. My short film features action from several dusty stages of the race in the towns of Inchy, Hornaing and at the Moulin De Vertain. Also keep a look out for a TGV train. Images Follow

The Statfold Barn Railway

I visited the Statfold Barn Railway an extensive multi-gauge private railway near Tamworth in Staffordshire, England. The railway is home to an extensive collection of historic steam, diesel and electric locomotives from Britain and overseas, although not open to the public the railway holds regular open days allowing those interested to apply for an invitation to visit the railway to both see and ride on the various engines. My short film joins the many engines and their drivers 'steaming up'  as they prepare to head out before following them as they travel up and down the length of the railway. Later in the film I board one of the engines as it travels round the loop and returns to the station.   Images Follow
