Try Railway Ale vintage style advert

As part of the promotion for the Great Central Railway`s real ale Raleway Ale brewed by Nottingham Brewery I created this vintage style poster advertising the Ale to be displayed at events such as the ale train and wherever Nottingham Brewery ales are sold. The design takes its inspiration from the vintage drink posters as seen on display along the length of the railway and often framed in heritage pubs.

GCR - Teddy Bears Holiday Express

Created as an update to existing posters and flyers my design for the Great Central Railways Teddy Bear Express features a new character called Ted E Bear created by myself driving and waving aboard the Holiday Express (the event coincides with the local school holidays). The color scheme was taken and updated from the original posters and is designed to be colorful and engaging for kids with bright yellows and and reds with Ted E Bear wearing blue overalls. The information is presented in a bold sans serif typeface with a more traditional heavy serif-ed typeface chosen for the title evoking the tradition of this event. The poster like my other work for the Great Central Railway uses a flat style reminiscent of the vintage railway posters already on display at the railway meaning this poster fits with its surroundings whilst still looking suitably modern in other locations. A poster welcoming visitors to the event can be seen below

GCR Raleway Ale Pump Tap Label

I was tasked with designing a Pump Clip & Identity for the Great Central Railways new Real Ale Raleway Ale created by the Nottingham Brewery the Ale is available at various points along the railway and is also served aboard the reular Ale train event. The Ale was launched at the Easter Vintage Festival weekend and will also be available wherever Nottingham Brewery Ales are available for purchase.

Bluebell Wood Fosse Park

Hidden close to a busy motorway junction near Fosse Park in Leicester is a small woodland area that turns a bright shade of blue every May as a carpet of bluebells covers the ground. Bee`s, butterfly and if your lucky the occasional rabbit can be seen among the flowers as they sway in the wind. My short video captures the beautiful scene as the sunlight filters through the trees giving the scene an almost fairy tale like quality. images follow
