The Silver Screen Beckons At The Short Cinema Festival

Menphys QR Code Campaign

I created a unique marketing campaign for Leicester charity Menphys. A poster featuring a large QR code was placed in the window of their fundraising office, when this code was scanned (with a compatible smart phone) it directed the person to the charity's official website detailing the charity's work. The window faced Narborough road a main route into the city of Leicester making the chance of interaction with the QR code by pedestrians very high,  The QR code has the potential to greatly raise the profile of the charity in the community it serves & substantially increase the chance of the person becoming an active fundraiser for the charity. The next step in this campaign will see the QR codes being extended across more of the charity's various media outputs providing a quick and easy way for interested people to find more information on an event or even donate directly to the charity though sms.
