Watch as the walls of Leicester are transformed by street artists from around the world, I take a trip around the sites and witness some of the artists creating the large scale works at various locations during the Bring The Paint street art festival in the city. Filmed over three days and all around the city, let my film guide you as we witness the creative visions of the artists as they bring their ideas to life, and they literally, Bring The Paint.

In my coverage of Leicester’s Bring The Paint Street Art Festival 2024 I present Jubilee Square transformed, by sponsors red bull, into a pop-up skate park, featuring live DJ sets and giving skateboarders the chance to show off their tricks on various ramps. Watch as skaters take on competitions and challenges, with BBC Radio Leicester as a backdrop. See them jump barriers, grind rails, and more, with just a few minor spills along the way! Please note, these skateboarders are highly skilled please, DO NOT, attempt the tricks seen in this video. Trained medical professionals were present throughout this organized event to ensure everyone's safety. Enjoy the action.

As part of the National Gallery`s programme of events to celebrate their Bicentenary, 12 of the nation’s most iconic and well-loved paintings from the collection are being lent to 12 venues across the UK. Leicester Museum and Art Gallery on New Walk has been lent The Umbrellas by Pierre-Auguste Renoir, the much loved painting is on display until September 1st and has free entry. The displays opened simultaneously on 10 May 2024, the 200th anniversary of the Gallery’s opening in London, enabling people from all over the country to see, up close, some of the greatest works in the history of Western art. www.nationalgallery.org.uk

This is the story of a historic weekend for Leicester City Football club and its fans as they lift the Sky Bet Championship Trophy and gain promotion #StraightBackUp to the Premier League. With promotion secured my film features the party atmosphere at the King Power stadium on the last fixture of the season a game against a struggling Blackburn Rovers (who won the game 0-2 ! ) and the pre and post game celebrations from the stands as the team lift the trophy high. The party continues into Sunday as we arrive in Leicester city centre for the open top bus parade through the streets starting at Highcross Shopping Centre with it's LED beacons proudly proclaiming the teams Champions status. Onto the streets and we see the players and chairman Khun Top riding a big blue open top bus decorated with Straight Back Up in large letters and waving to the hundreds of fans who line the streets waving flags and cheering.
