LOROS Forget Me Not Flower Appeal - Jubilee Square Leicester

During July 2018 Leicester Hospice LOROS brought a sea of colour to Jubilee Square in the city with limited edition wrought iron Forget Me Not flowers filling the grassed areas of the square. Available for purchase each flower symbolises the life of a loved one who is no longer with us. As I wondered through them the stories and memories of those people the flowers symbolised could be heard drifting across the square, making for a reflective but not sad atmosphere. The money raised from the Forget Me Not sales will go to fund the valuable work at LOROS, offering important support for local people and their loved ones who are living with terminal illness. for more information on the work of LOROS please visit www.loros.co.uk A special thanks to BBC Radio Leicester for allowing me to cap...
